WELCOME

I started the business from a grudge as to how another had treated me, disrespected me, and taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. What was a horrible life event more than 33 years ago turned into a very successful career of advocating for others, primarily the disadvantaged folks from many different angles, not just financial, spouses causing issues, or the loss of a loved one, or many other circumstances. The less fortunate marginalized people. With so many prejudices out there from every angle, Lenders, Sellers, Competition, even Superiors. Offers were being rejected just based on the names on the offers submitted to the sellers and their representatives. Within a few years of starting my business in Real Estate, I had learned that I was being used as an example in Schools for pre-licensing, teaching new students all about my industry. That right there was the time I felt I was doing things right and a confirmation that this was my calling. From the beginning, I made my business about people, and unlike many whose views are to create wealth at all costs. Even at the expense of others. It wasn't until later in my career that I realized how all of these things had happened, and I became who I am. It started with my very first office, my first year in the business. At Century 21 Active Realty, they had put up additional production boards on the wall because I was a new member of their team. Boards that list new listings and pending transactions for each agent in that small office. That was the same office that gave me my nickname, Mr.Sold. There was no time to absorb all of this because I was too busy working hard for my people, clients, and customers. When I wasn't doing that, I was studying and learning as much as I could on how to be a better Realtor. Still today, as back then, I was different from many in that I never boasted, intimidated, nor thought any less or more of others based on their abilities, affordabilities, or inabilities. If at the time they wanted to own a home, but they had issues that needed to be addressed, I hung in there with them until we both accomplished our goals. You never see me in fancy cars, clothes, or a fancy attitude. We're all just human with different phases and strokes of life. All people deserve a chance and sometimes more than one.
