We had a lot of difficulties in the selling process due to the buyer, the buyer's realtor, and the buyer's lender. Robert went above and beyond to help resolve some unprecedented situations that came up during the sale. He stayed on top of the process to keep it moving and make the sale happen.

We knew the real estate market in Chattanooga was going to be challenging, but Robert helped us navigate it and find our home with a minimum of frustration at the lack of inventory and satisfactory homes. He kept us calm and made sure we didn't settle for anything less than our dream home.

Our agent Robert was a GREAT agent. He would always be punctual to all our house viewings, and would work hard in getting us the PERFECT HOME no matter how long it would take. It had to be perfect since we were buying our forever home. We were surprised that he was willing to drive long distances just to show us houses outside the city. He is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to the integrity of the house structurally. If he didn't recommend to view it we had full trust in his knowledge that it wasn't the right house for us.
